William (Bud) Harold Clark, Sr., age 63 of New Castle, died Monday, April 14, 2014 at Baptist Health in Louisville. He was born in Franklinton and was the son of the late Roy Clark and Effie Downey Clark. He was a UPS (formerly Overnite Transportation) truck driver, was a United States Army Veteran and was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his wife: Bonnie Williams Clark of New Castle; three sons: William (B.J.) H. Clark, Jr. (Laurie) of Frankfort, Harold Wayne Clark of Pleasureville and Todd Raisor of Campbellsburg; one stepson: Brian Watson of Bedford; one stepdaughter: Christina Coulter (Barry) of Bagdad; one brother: Glenn Clark (Edna) of Shepherdsville; five sisters: Christine LeCompte (Jerry) of Eminence, Betty Lou Chilton (Joe) of Turners Station, Elaine Kendall (Fred) of Taylorsville, Janet Oliver (John) of Erlanger and Brenda Mason (Leo) of Eminence; fifteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday, April 18, 2014 at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville with Brother Freddie Kendall officiating. Interment will be in Franklinton Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2014 and from 9.a.m. until funeral time on Friday. Honorary bearers will be Tori Clark and Brooklynn Clark. Active pallbearers will be Hunter D. Clark, Josh Clark, Zachary Clark, Joey Clark, Brian Watson, Steven Kendall, Barry Coulter and Micah Husband.
