Tomas "Tommy" Asher

Tomas “Tommy” Asher, age 54, of Slemp, KY passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Hospital. He was born December 26, 1966 to Aster Asher and the late Juanita Shepherd Asher. He was a concrete delivery driver for Kentucky Concrete in Shelbyville.

He is survived by his wife: Delana Marie Wells Asher of Slemp; one daughter: Jessica Marie Miller (Robert) of Shelbyville and one granddaughter: Jasmine Miller.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, June 6, 2021 at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville. Burial will be in their family cemetery near Bagdad. Visitation will be Saturday, June 5, 2021 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and 12 p.m. until time of the service on Sunday.

Casket bearers will be Charles Jennings, Hargus Spencer, James Spencer, Ben Spencer, Danny Spencer, Jimmy Wells, Denny Washburn, Michael Jennings, Jimmy Covington and Robert Miller.
