Ralph Merritt

Ralph Merritt, age 90, of Pleasureville, KY passed away at his residence on Tuesday, December 5, 2023.  He was born on October 3, 1933, in Monticello, Arkansas to the late Jack and Mandy (Watters) Merritt. Ralph was a veteran in the United States Army and did construction and concrete work.

Ralph is survived by four daughters; Betty Banta (Rick) of Eminence, KY, Connie Reardon (Billy) of Bethlehem, KY, Tina Fisher (Darrell) of Lockport, KY, and Regina Willhoite of Carrollton, KY, 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one daughter; Karen Merritt, one son; James A. Merritt, one sister; Murlene Gibson and five brothers; Preston Merritt, Melvin Merritt, J.B. Merritt, Van Merritt and Chester Merritt.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Friday, December 8, 2023, at Sholar-Riley Funeral Home with Bro. Fred Snider officiating. Visitation will be on Friday, December 8, 2023, from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service. Cremation was chosen.
