Nancy Catherine White

Nancy Catherine Stratton White, age 91, of Pleasureville, KY passed away Monday, July 31, 2023, at her residence.  She was born on August 15, 1931, in Lawrenceburg, KY, the daughter of Andrew Paul and Elois Mae Peak Stratton. Nancy was a member of Beechridge Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and a farmer.

She is survived by three daughters; Darlene Joyce Morgan of Frankfort, KY, Linda Carol Wentworth of Bagdad, KY, and Martha Ann Smith of Pleasureville, KY, one sister; Marjorie Austruw of Shelbyville, KY, one brother; Charles Edward Stratton of Shelbyville, KY, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Howard Minish White, Sr., one daughter; Geraldine Moffett, two sons; Howard M. White, Jr. and Harold Austin White and one brother William Lindsey Stratton.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, August 5, 2023, at Sholar-Riley Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Friday, August 4, 2023, from 4:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M., at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Bagdad Cemetery.
