Minnie Belle Kemper

Minnie Belle Kemper, age 96, of Bethlehem, died Saturday, August 11, 2018 at her residence.

She was born April 17, 1922 at Grub Ridge to the late Ernest and Annie Downey Chisholm. She was a homemaker and was a member of Grub-Ridge Church.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband: John Lewis Kemper; two brothers: CA (Doc) Chisholm, and Sterling (Cedar) Chisholm; two sisters: Leona (Onie) Adams, and Margaret Moore.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville. Rev. Paul Briscoe, pastor of Lockport Baptist Church will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 14, 2018, and after 10 a.m. the day of the services. Burial will be in Defoe Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Leonard Kemper, Stanley Kemper, Jimmy White, Darrell Kemper, Danney Chisholm, and Ted Chisholm.
