Mary Ann Herrell, age 53 of Bethlehem, KY Mary Ann Herrell, age 53 of Bethlehem, died Friday, May 17, 2013 at Norton Hospital in Louisville. She was born in Shelbyville and worked for the Commonwealth of Kentucky as an Assistant Director for the Department of Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. She was a member of Elmburg Baptist Church and attended Bethlehem Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband: Dennis Herrell of Bethlehem; her daughter: Olivia Herrell of Bethlehem; her mother: Dianne Woods Adams of Campbellsburg; her step-father: Scott Adams; four brothers: Kenny Davenport of Shelbyville, Billy Adams of Campbellsburg, Terry Adams of St. Louis, MO, and Michael Roberts of Eminence; two sisters: Betty Rodgers of LaGrange, and Lynn Ann Roberts of Shelbyville; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Freddie Gene Roberts. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday, May 20, 2013 at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville with Rev. Travis Sheehan, pastor of Bethlehem Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Eminence Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. Sunday, May 19, 2013 and from 10 a.m. until service time on Monday. Honorary bearers will be Martin Anderson, Doug Bates, and Terry Tindle. Pallbearers will be Dennis Boyd, Glenn Bryant, Patrick Mooney, Steven Royalty, Bill Tabor, and Paul Vanwinkle.
