Martha Louise Tingle

Martha Louise Aldridge Tingle, age 84 of Franklinton, died Tuesday, February 2, 2016, at her residence. She was born April 6, 1931, and was the daughter of the late George Washington Aldridge and Lucy Rucker Aldridge. She was a homemaker, farmer, and a member of Franklinton Baptist Church. She is survived by one son: Earl Dean Tingle of Franklinton; three daughters: Freda Wilson of Franklinton, Bonnie Way of LaGrange, and Edith Peyton (Marshall) of Franklinton; one sister: Jo "Aunt Jo" Brewer (Bobby) of Eminence; six grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Tingle, and a brother, Billy Aldridge. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday, February 8, 2016 at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville. Rev. Mike Huff and Rev. Jacky Newton will officiate. Special music will be provided by Danny Grigsby. Visitation will be 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday, February 7, 2016, and after 11 a.m. until time of the service on Monday. Burial will be in Franklinton Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rodney Tingle, Tony Way, Chad Peyton, Clarence Dean Tingle, Jamie Tingle, and John Wheatcraft.
