Kenneth Ray (Kenny) Ingram, age 46, of Defoe, died Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at his residence. He was born February 22, 1970 in Pewee Valley. He worked as an office manager in the automotive industry, and was a member of Union Baptist Church.
He is survived by his companion: Brenda Mertz Ingram of Louisville; his mother: Christine Bright of Defoe; three daughters: Karie Shaye Ingram of Carrollton, Taylor Bright of Carrollton, and Kelsey Griffin (Dylan) of Campbellsburg; three sisters: Judy Kelley (David) of Elizabeth, Indiana, Sheila Carpenter (Jimmy) of Eminence, and Sharon Rahm (Chris) of LaGrange; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert O’Dell Ingram.
Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville. Coleman Colston will officiate. Burial will be in Defoe Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, November 25, 2016 at and from 11 a.m. until time of services on Saturday.
Honorary pallbearers are Jimmy Carpenter, Sr., Shane Raisor, Jude Raisor, Jackson Raisor, Greysun Farmer, Jakob Powell, Andrew Ruth, Peyton Constant, Tommy Powell, Jarrett Kelley, Josh Kelley, and Morris Powell, Jr.
Active pallbearers are Shawn Raisor, Jimmy Carpenter, Jr., David Kelley, Jamie Ruth, Mark Holbert, and David Walker.
