Jerry Dale Wentworth

Jerry Dale Wentworth, age 75 of Bagdad, died Monday, September 26, 2016 at the University of Kentucky HealthCare Center in Lexington. He was born July 9, 1941 in Bagdad, and was the son of the late Edgar and Dorothy Campbell Wentworth.

He is survived by three brothers: Glynn Wentworth, Buddy Wentworth, and Doug Wentworth, all of Bagdad; one sister: Kay Wallace of Bagdad; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday, September 29, 2016 at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville. Bro. Darren Wolford, pastor of Remnant Independent Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Lebanon Community Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of the service on Thursday.
