Henrietta Ritter

Henrietta Grace Barnett Ritter, age 77 of Pleasureville, died Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Providence of New Castle. She was born in Spencer County on November 1, 1937 and was the daughter of the late A.D. and Willie Mae Nation Barnett. She was a homemaker and a member of Mount Tabor United Methodist Church in Centerfield. She is survived by two daughters: Robin Broughton (Dale) of Pleasureville and Julie Heckman (Tim) of Smithfield; one brother: Scott Barnett of Shelbyville; three sisters: Barbara Jean Nethery of Shelbyville, Charlotte Arington of Lexington and Betty Barnett of Shelbyville; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Leon Ritter, a son, David Dean Ritter and a brother, Tommy Barnett. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville. Rev. Jerry Anderson, pastor of Pleasureville Baptist Church will officiate. Interment will be in Pleasureville Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 until 9 p.m. on Monday, March 9, 2015 Honorary pallbearers are Dale Broughton, Steven Harp, Tim Heckman and Scott Barnett.
