Helen Louise Rucker, age 72 of Pleasureville, KY Helen Louise Rucker, age 72 of Pleasureville, died Thursday, February 07, 2013 at Crestview Nursing Center in Shelbyville. She was born in Louisville and was the daughter of the late William Mason Welker and Louise Coakley Welker. She was a retired worker in the automotive industry and a member of Pleasureville Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband: Fountain Rucker of Pleasureville; two sons: Tim Moore (Janine) of Shelbyville, and Todd Moore (Kim) of Pleasureville; two daughters: Pam Cox (Gerald) of Shelbyville, and Melinda Martin (Daryl) of Pleasureville; ten grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Buddy Welker, her sister, Martha Welker, and her grandson, James Lewis Morris. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday, February 10, 2013 at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville with Rev. Jerry Anderson, pastor of Pleasureville Baptist church officiating. Burial will be in Defoe Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 - 8 p.m. Saturday, February 9, 2013 . Pallbearers will be Jeremy Chilton, Timmy Moore, Jason Morris, Justin Martin, Jacob Martin, and Michael Todd Moore. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Cancer Society.
