Hazel Lucille Black Webb

Hazel Lucille Black Webb, age 94 of Pleasureville, died Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. She was born December 21, 1922 in Defoe, and was the daughter of the late Burb and Clara Frazier Black. She worked 28 years for General Electric Appliance Park in Louisville and belonged to Pleasureville United Methodist Church.

She is survived by one niece: Betty Adams (and husband T.) of Pleasureville; and two nephews: Billy Parris of Frankfort, and Donald Elliott Black (and wife Shirley) of Defoe.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday, Feruary 6, 2017, at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville. Services will be officiated by Rev. Carl L. Rucker. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Sunday, February 5, 2017, and from 10 a.m, until time of services on Monday. Burial will be in Defoe Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Danny Cravens, Matthew Cravens, Donnie Ray Black, Jeremy Steele, James Elbert Webb, and James Black.
