Frances Wright

Eloise Frances Wood Wright, age 92 of Pleasureville, died Thursday, February 19, 2015 at the Providence of New Castle. She was born in Elmburg on May 5, 1922 and was the daughter of the late Beckham and Ressie Jane Clark Wood. She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasureville Baptist Church. She is survived by one brother: Alvin Wood of Louisville; one grandson: Randall Jesse (Debra) of Smithfield; and one great-grandson: Larry Jesse (Allison) of Smithfield. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Hubert Wright, and a daughter, Barbara Wright Jesse. Funeral services are scheduled for 3 p.m. Sunday, February 22, 2015 at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville. Rev. Jerry Anderson, pastor of Pleasureville Baptist Church will officiate.
