Ellen Truman Rynes

Ellen Truman Rynes, age 68 of Eminence, died Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at her residence. She was born in Pleasureville and was the daughter of the late Harvey and Louise Baugh Truman. She retired from the Commonwealth of Kentucky as a Secretary, and was a member of Pleasureville Baptist Chuch. She is survived by her husband: Ricky Rynes of Eminence: two sons: Tony Grigsby of Eminence and Stephen Grigsby (Patsy) of Bagdad; one daughter: Laurie Clark (B.J.) of New Castle; two brothers: Wendell Truman (Carol Sue) of Bethlehem and Harry Truman (Rhonda) of Louisville; eight grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday, November 29, 2014 at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville with Rev. Jerry Anderson, pastor of Pleasureville Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be in Eminence Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 - 8 p.m. Friday, November 28, 2014 at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to Hosparus.
