Connie Marie Mcintosh

Connie Marie McIntosh, age 65 of Shelbyville, died Monday, April 6, 2015 at Jewish Hospital in Shelbyville. She was born in Shelbyville on August 15, 1949 and worked for Logan's Uniform rental and for Brunswick Corporation as a bookkeeper. She is survived by her husband: David McIntosh of Shelbyville; one son: Charles McIntosh (Priscilla) of Louisville; two daughters: Melissa Raisor (Bryan) of Shelbyville and Tonya McIntosh Marion of Shelbyville; her mother: Vonda O'Nan Harper of Shelbyville; her step-father: Gayle Harper of Shelbyville; her step-mother; Yvonne Dunavan of Eminence; three brothers: George Dunavan of Shelbyville, Mark Meadows (Janice) of Eminence and Danny Meadows (Shelia) of Eminence; one sister: Ann George (Mike) of Shelbyville; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, George Ronald Dunavan. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday, April 10, 2015 at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville. Rev. Carl Leslie Rucker will officiate. Interment will be in Defoe Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2015, and from 10 a.m. until time of the service on Friday. Honorary bearers are Zachary Raisor, Zane Raisor, Mike Williams, John Shuck, Buddy White, Bruce McIntosh, Kevin McIntosh, Mike McIntosh, Kevin Harrod and Gary McIntosh. Casket bearers are Charles R. McIntosh, Phillip McIntosh, Ernie Palmer, Bryan Raisor, Danny Fishback and Terry Breeden. Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of contributions to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
