Carol Fortner

Norma Carol Fortner, age 66, of Pleasureville, died Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.

She was born in Shelbyville on November 23, 1950, and was the daughter of the late Clive Allen Fortner and Thelma Louise Lake Fortner. She was a member of Pleasureville United Methodist Church.

She is survived by two brothers: Allan Dale Fortner and Earl Fortner, both of Pleasureville; one sister: Sharon Fortner of Pleasureville, and several cousins.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday May 19, 2017, at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville. Rev. Thomas D. Fuson II, pastor of Pleasureville United Methodist Church will officiate. Interment will be in Pleasureville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of the funeral on Friday.
